  Route Design and Real Estate Management

As part of our end-to-end solution, we take care of acquiring and designing your network route, as well as securing all real estate and environmental permits.

• Route Design - We negotiate large segments of perfected and unperfected ROW from various pipeline, railroad and power transmission entities, as well as federal, state and local departments of transportation.
• Route Acquisition - We acquire ROW from private landowners, road and railroad crossing permits, and county and municipal franchise agreements.
• Environmental Permitting - We manage the environmental assessment and permitting processes for each route.
• Real Estate - We contract and negotiate with local real estate companies to secure sites for POPs and regeneration sites.

  Route Engineering and Construction

We manage the survey, design and draft of fiber cable routes, as well as coordinate materials acquisition and logistics.

We also develop and manage construction contracts, create an overall project schedule, develop as-built information and mapping, and staff the field construction and inspection teams.

And to ensure quality and results, we will use our affiliate company M&D Cable Company or the subcontractors with whom we have solid relationships to guarantee your network is built to your defined specifications.

  Last Mile Builds

We will construct and maintain your last mile connection regardless of the length or terrain.  We have an experienced team that overcomes obstacles to connect your long haul fiber to the customers MDF keeping costs to a minimum.

  Facility Engineering and Construction

As a single-source network services provider, we complete the final phases of your network construction project, including site surveys and installation of all site conditioning hardware.

We develop specifications for power, heating, cooling and substructure equipment, as well as complete and track project costs, develop an overall project schedule and provide staff for the construction inspection team.

• Building Group - We design, obtain permits and construct POP sites and data centers, as well as develop the internal design and oversee construction of transmission sites along the backbone routes.
